Tuesday 27 January 2026 Holly Grove’s Rudolph Run Raises Nearly £1,500 for St Giles Hospice! We are absolutely delighted to share the fantastic success of our Rudolph Run in support of St Giles Hospice at the end of last term. On the penultimate day of school, every single child—right from Nursery through to Year 6—took part in this festive fundraiser, helping to support a wonderful local charity that provides care for local people.

Monday 26 January 2026 School Choir Shines at Young Voices Concert at the Birmingham NEC Last night, our school choir took part in the spectacular Young Voices concert at the Birmingham NEC, and what an unforgettable evening it was! This event gave our children the amazing opportunity to perform as part of one of the world's largest children's choir concerts, uniting with thousands of other pupils from schools across the country to create one incredible massed choir. Young Voices is renowned for providing children with an electrifying musical experience that boosts confidence, celebrates teamwork, and inspires a lifelong love of singing.

Tuesday 6 January 2026 Year 3/4 Become Branching Database Detectives! This week, our brilliant Year 3/4 children stepped confidently into the world of branching databases—and what an entertaining adventure it turned out to be! In their computing lessons, the children explored how these clever digital tools use simple Yes/No questions to sort and identify different items. After trying out examples involving plants, fruits and animals, they quickly began to understand how important clear questioning and logical thinking are when using technology to organise information.
