Year 5/6 Hockey Stars Shine at Lichfield Festival!

We are incredibly proud of our Year 5/6 mixed hockey team, who recently represented Holly Grove at the Hockey Festival hosted by Lichfield Cathedral School at Lichfield Hockey Club.

The children had a fantastic day filled with learning, teamwork, and fun. They developed a range of new hockey skills including dribbling, tackling, and shooting, and had the opportunity to put their learning into action by taking part in several mini games—even securing a brilliant win in one of the matches!

The team showed fantastic sportsmanship, determination, and great team spirit throughout the day. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they supported one another and enjoyed the experience of playing in a competitive but friendly environment.

A huge well done to all the players—you represented Holly Grove brilliantly, and we are so proud of you!
