Balancing Brilliance: Year 3/4 Shine in Gymnastics!
In this week’s PE lesson, our Year 3/4 pupils took to the mats to practise and perfect their gymnastics balances. We began by recapping the five balances we had previously learned, before moving on to four exciting new ones.
The children worked brilliantly in pairs and small groups, showing fantastic teamwork and using their Torch Value of Cooperation to support one another. They listened carefully to each other’s suggestions and encouraged their classmates with positivity and focus.
It was a super lesson full of movement, concentration, and collaboration. Well done, Year 3/4—you balanced effort and enthusiasm perfectly!
