Year 3/4 Embrace Calm and Confidence with Yoga!
This half term, our Year 3/4 pupils have returned to their yoga sessions with great enthusiasm and focus. It’s been wonderful to see how much they’ve remembered from last year — confidently recalling poses and now even linking them together into flowing sequences!
We’ve added some exciting new elements to our practice, including positive affirmations and fun yoga games, which have brought lots of smiles and energy to the sessions. But the part that’s become a firm favourite? Relaxation time with our new face masks! Pupils love lying down to meditate and unwind, creating a peaceful and calming end to each session.
It’s been a joy to watch their confidence grow and their mindfulness deepen. Namaste to all our young yogis!
